| 释义 | 出票人與受票人的合約 The contract underlying the drawing of a bill of exchange by a drawer on a drawee. The contract obliges the drawee to accept one or more bills drawn by the drawer provided certain conditions are met by the drawer, such as the provision of security and the repayment with the interest of amounts accepted by the drawee. A common example is a bill acceptance facility agreement.
