释义	小額錢債審裁處 A tribunal established to hear and determine small claims within its jurisdiction: Small Claims Tribunals Ordinance (Cap 338) s 3. The Small Claims Tribunal’s jurisdiction is limited to claims founded in contract, quasi-contract or tort where the amount claimed is not more than $50,000: s 5, sch 1. In proceedings before the Small Claims Tribunal, parties represent themselves and strict rules of evidence do not apply: ss 19, 23.
