释义	事實裁斷機構 A body established to ascertain the existence of certain facts which are preliminary to the making of a decision. Decision-makers may establish fact-finding bodies for the purposes of gathering such information without infringing the principle against delegation of decision-making authority. They may not however delegate the analysis and judgments of the facts to the fact-finding body. See also Fact; Fact finding. 為確定若干可予初步作出決策的事實是否存在而成立的機構。決策者可在沒有抵觸禁止決策當局作權力轉授的原則的情況下，成立「事實裁斷機構」以搜集上述資料。但決策機關不得將分析及判定事實的職能轉授予該事實裁斷機構。另見 Fact; Fact finding。
