释义	頻譜 In radiocommunications law, the range of frequencies within which radiocommunications are capable of being carried on: Telecommunications Ordinance (Cap 106) s 2(1). The Telecommunications Authority is required to promote the efficient allocation and use of the radio spectrum as a public resource of Hong Kong: s 32G(1). In this connection, the Authority may assign frequencies and bands of frequencies in all parts of the radio spectrum used in Hong Kong or on board a ship, aircraft, or space object that is registered or licensed in Hong Kong; and satellite orbital positions and parameters for satellites registered or licensed in Hong Kong, and must keep a central register of the frequencies, bands of frequencies and satellite orbital positions and parameters assigned: s 32H(1). See also Radiocommunication. 就無線電通訊法而言，指能進行無線電通訊的頻率範圍：《電訊條例》（第106章）第2(1)條。電訊管理局局長須促進無線電頻譜作為香港公眾資源的有效率的編配和使用：第32G(1)。就此而言，局長可將在香港使用或在於香港註冊或領牌的船舶、航空器或空間物體上使用的無線電頻譜所有部分的頻率及頻帶指配，為在香港註冊或領牌的衛星指配衛星軌道位置及參數，局長並須備存一份載有已指配的頻率、頻帶及衛星軌道位置及參數的中央登記冊：第32H(1)。另見 Radiocommunication。n.
