释义 | 票證案件 A line of cases which stand for the principle that, where one party makes an offer to contract on terms stated in or referred to in a document received by the other party, that party’s decision to keep the document indicates assent to the contract on the terms stated or referred to: McCutcheon v David MacBrayne Ltd [1964] 1 All ER 430. For the principle to apply, any conditions on the ticket must be reasonably brought to the notice of the other party: Interfoto Picture Library Ltd v Stiletto Visual Programmes Ltd [1989] QB 433, [1988] 1 All ER 348 (CA).
