释义	飛行計劃 A written proposal of a route for an air flight. Instrument Flight Rules requires that the commander of an aircraft causes a flight plan to be communicated to the appropriate air traffic control unit either takes off from a point within controlled airspace, or before the aircraft enters and flies within any controlled airspace: Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order 1995 (Cap 448C) sch 14; Rules of the Air r 27(1). Such plan must contain certain necessary particulars that can enable the unit to issue an air traffic control clearance of for search and rescue purpose.
