释义	債務的後償化 The ranking of the unsecured debt of a company so as to postpone the claim of another creditor. It occurs when an unsecured creditor agrees not to be repaid until another unsecured creditor is repaid in full. There is no principle of public policy precluding the subordination, by agreement, of a creditor’s own claim to those of other creditors: Re Maxwell Communications Corp plc (No 2) [1994] 1 All ER 737, sub nom Re Maxwell Communications Corp plc [1993] 1 WLR 1402.
