释义	四氫大麻酚 A narcotic substance that is the active component in cannabis and hashish. It is the psycho-active ingredient in cannabis plant; the concentration of tetrahydrocannabinol in herbal cannabis is up to about 8% of the bulk weight, cannabis resin 15%, cannabis oil 60%. It will, therefore, be open to the courts, if they think fit, to take into account the less damaging effect, gramme for gramme, of herbal cannabis and the more damaging effect of cannabis oil as compared with cannabis resin and adjust the sentence accordingly: A-G v Tuen Shui Ming & Anor [1995] 2 HKC 798 (CA).
