| 释义 | 邀請人 In occupier’s liability, a person who has a sufficient degree of control associated with and arising from his presence in and use of or activity in the premises, with the authority to grant permission to others to enter onto the property. The liability of occupiers is now subsumed under general negligence law and the Occupiers’ Liability Ordinance (Cap 314).
