| 释义 | 間諜活動 1. The act of monitoring the political, economic, and military secrets of other countries. Espionage includes making a sketch, plan, photograph, model, cipher, or document which would be of use to an enemy or foreign power: Official Secret Ordinance (Cap 521) Pt II. 2. In reference to the laws of armed conflict, the gathering or attempted gathering of information of military value through a false pretence, or a deliberately clandestine act: Protocol Additional to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, and relating to the Protection of Victims of International Armed Conflicts (Protocol 1) 1977 art 46.
