释义	不當死亡 The death of a person caused by a wrongful act, neglect or default, which would have entitled the person injured to maintain an action and recover damages in respect thereof. An action for damages may be brought for the benefit of the dependants of the deceased under the Fatal Accidents Ordinance (Cap 22) against the person who would have been liable if death had not ensued, notwithstanding the death of the injured person: Fatal Accidents Ordinance (Cap 22) s 3. ‘Wrongful act, neglect or default’ includes a breach of contract: Grein v Imperial Airways Ltd [1937] 1 KB 50, [1936] 2 All ER 1258 (CA).
