| 释义 | 陪審團陪審 A proceeding before a court which is heard by both judge and jury. In criminal proceedings, matters tried on an indictment before the Court of First Instance shall be heard by and before a judge and jury: Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap 221) s 41. In civil proceedings, the Court of First Instance may order for a jury trial for claims in respect of libel, slander, malicious prosecution, false imprisonment or seduction: High Court Ordinance (Cap 4) s 33A; The Rules of the High Court (Cap 4A) O 33 r 5.
