可出租面積
The total area of floor space designated for leased premises within a building is the lettable area of the building where a building comprises premises that may be separately leased and areas common to all premises. The lettable area of premises is important in calculating the proportion of outgoings to be borne by each lessee. See also Outgoings; Premises.
