| 释义 | 無索償獎勵 A reduction of the amount of the premium required to renew an insurance contract, or a rebate of premium in the form of a bonus, usually motor insurance, as a result of no claim has been made against the policy. A no claim bonus lost owing to the fault of a third party may be recovered as part of damages: Ironfield v Eastern Gas Board [1964] 1 All ER 544.
