| 释义 | 合格證明書 A certificate issued by the Secretary of Home Affairs upon being satisfied that the premises in question are in accordance with the criteria for issuance of the certificate: Club (Safety of Premises) Ordinance (Cap 376) s 5(2)(a). It also means a certificate issued by a vehicle emission testing centre in the form specified by the Commissioner for Transport in respect of a motor vehicle and indicating that the motor vehicle was found to comply with vehicle emission standards upon testing at the vehicle emission testing centre: Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap 374) s 77A. It means, in relation to land that is the subject of Government grant, a document signed by or on behalf of the Director of Lands certifying that all of the positive obligations imposed on the grantee, and the grantee’s successors and assignees, have been complied with to the satisfaction of the Director: Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap 219) s 34A(5). It also means a certificate which certifies that the requirements of the fire safety direction, fire safety improvement direction, fire safety compliance order or fire safety improvement compliance order, as the case may be, that gave rise to the making of the order have been complied with: Fire Safety (Commercial Premises) Ordinance (Cap 502) s 12.
