| 释义 | 依式契約的核正文本 A copy of a deed, on which has been written, by an official in whose custody the document has been kept, that the authorised person has seen the original of the document, and that the copy is a true copy of the original. Such copy of a deed is admissible in evidence in criminal or civil proceedings before any court on its production without further proof: Land Registration Ordinance (Cap 128) s 26A. Certification of copies of documents is often required for official purposes if the original is not available for production. Documents other than deeds can be certified.
