| 释义 | 遺贈動產 To give or dispose of personal property by will. For real property, the term ‘devise’ is used. However, bequeath will be taken to include real property where the context or the will as a whole requires such wider meaning or if that is clearly the intention of the testator: Beckley v Newland (1723) 2 P Wms 182; Whicher v Hume (1851) 14 Beav 509, 50 ER 318.
