释义	擔保信託債券 A bond secured by specific assets. A person who issues a bond may offer security over particular assets (rather than as against their general credit standing). The assets, which may include stocks, notes, bonds or other obligations owed, are termed collateral, and the bond which they secure is a collateral trust bond. A parent company that owns bonds or stocks of its subsidiaries may use the bonds or stocks as collateral against an issue of its own bonds.
