| 释义 | 有債務提單 A bill of lading containing a qualification as to the condition or quality of the goods on their being loaded. Such conditions are necessary where the goods are defective or damaged when loaded, because they will be compared to their description in the bill of lading on discharge at their destination in order to determine if any deterioration has occurred during the voyage. Also known as ‘claused bill of lading’ or ‘unclean bill of lading’: Compania Naviera Vasconzada v Churchill [1906] 1 KB 237.
