释义	免除的權力 1. A power to dispense with the need to comply with some requirement. 2. In the law of succession, it refers to the power of a court to dispense with the formalities necessary for a will to be valid, and to recognise a document purporting to embody the testamentary intentions of a deceased person as a will or as an amendment of a will, even though it has not been executed in accordance with the formal requirements. Such dispensing power could be exercised if the court is satisfied that there can be no reasonable doubt that the document embodies the testamentary intentions of the deceased person: Wills Ordinance (Cap 30) s 5(2). See also Dispensation. 1. 免除所需遵守若干規定的權力。　　2. 在繼承法中，指法院有權免除遺囑所需遵從而令該遺囑生效的正式手續；及有權確認並無根據正式規定而執行、但看來是體現死者遺願的文件，或本意為修改遺囑的文件。凡法庭在無合理疑問的情況下信納該文件是體現死者的遺願，則可行使此等免除權力：《遺囑條例》（第30章）第5(2)條，另見 Dispensation。
