释义 | 敘文不容反悔原則 Where it can be gathered from the recitals of a deed that the parties to it have agreed upon a certain admitted state of facts as the basis on which they contract, the statement of those facts estops the parties from averring to the contrary, since the recitals may amount to a direct affirmation of the facts stated: Young v Raincock (1849) 137 ER 124.
