| 释义 | 或有饋贈 A voluntary or gratuitous gift of property made by one person to another by bequest, devise or legacy and which is dependent upon some future events which may or may not occur. The interest in the property passes to the named beneficiary if the event or happening takes place but the gift is ineffective if it does not and hence, falls into residue.
