释义	持續的侵入行為 Continuous unlawful interference or invasion of another’s land. A trespass is committed when the defendant enters the plaintiff’s land without the plaintiff’s consent, or when the defendant places an object on the plaintiff’s land without the plaintiff’s consent. A continuing trespass is committed when the defendant remains on the plaintiff’s land or fails to remove the object from the plaintiff’s land. The plaintiff can sue separately for the initial trespass and for the continuing trespass, bringing successive actions for the trespass committed from day to day although damages are only awarded up to the date of the action: Konskier v Goodman (B) Ltd [1928] 1 KB 421.
