释义 | 或有債權人 A person to whom a debt is owed (the creditor) by another (the debtor) upon the basis of a claim which has not yet accrued and which is dependent upon some future event that may never happen. In a company’s winding up procedures, provable debts against an entity would include, inter alia, sums such as damages to which a creditor may be entitled in an action yet to be decided: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) ss 263, 264 (solvent and insolvent companies, respectively).
