| 释义 | 致命意外 A non-intentional act or omission which results in death of the victim. Where the accident was caused by a tort, all causes of action vested in the deceased survive for the benefit of the dependents against the tortfeasor under the Law Amendment and Reform (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap 23) s 20 and Fatal Accidents Ordinance (Cap 22) s 3. See also Compensation to relatives. 因任何非蓄意的作為或不作為而導致受害者死亡。根據《法律修訂及改革（綜合）條例》（第23章）第20條及《致命意外條例》（第22章）第3條，如意外因侵權行為而造成，則所有訴訟因由歸屬給死者，並針對侵權人為了家屬的利益而留存。另見Compensation to relatives。 |
