| 释义 | 期貨機構 The authority of a futures representative to act for a futures licensee. The Securities and Futures Commission may, upon application by an individual in the prescribed manner and payment of the prescribed fee, grant to the applicant a licence to carry on one or more than one regulated activity: Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap 571) s 120(1), (2). The Commission will refuse to grant a licence to carry on a regulated activity unless the applicant satisfies the Commission that he is a fit and proper person to be so licensed for the regulated activity: s 120(3). See also Futures licence. 指期貨代理人代表期貨持牌人行事的機關。證券及期貨事務監察委員會（證監會）可應任何個人以訂明方式提出的申請並在訂明費用獲繳付後，向申請人批給牌照，使他可進行一類或多於一類受規管活動：《證券及期貨條例》（第571章）第120(1)及(2)條。除非申請人令證監會信納他是就有關的受規管活動獲發牌的適當人選，否則該會須拒絕向他批給進行該類活動的牌照：第120(3)條。另見 Futures licence。 |
