释义 | 票期 The customary period of time, varying from country to country or from trade to trade, allowed for the payment of a bill of exchange, or a letter of credit. A bill of exchange is usually payable at a determinable future time which is expressed to be payable (a) at a fixed period after date or sight; (b) on or at a fixed period after the occurrence of a specified event which is certain to happen, though the time of happening may be uncertain: Bill of Exchange Ordinance (Cap 19) s 11(1); Re Man Kwok Shing & Ors [2003] 1 HKC 208.
