释义	上訴法庭法官 Abbr — JA. A judge of the Court of Appeal: Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal Ordinance (Cap 484) s 2. It includes a judge of the Court of First Instance sitting as an additional judge of the Court of Appeal under s 5(2): High Court Ordinance (Cap 4) s 2. A Justice of Appeal may sit in the Court of First Instance and act as a judge of it whenever the business of the Court of First Instance so requires, in which case he shall have all the jurisdictions, powers and privileges of such a judge: s 4(2).
