| 释义 | 土地 At common law, any ground, soil or earth, such as land covered by water, houses and other buildings upon it; the air above it, and all mines and minerals beneath it: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 16, Land [230.0043]; Kelsen v Imperial Tobacco Co (of Great Britain and Ireland) Ltd [1957] 2 All ER 334, 2 QB 334. For statutory purposes, it includes land covered by water; any estate, right, interest, or easement in or over any land; the whole or part of an undivided share in land and any estate, right, interest, or easement in or over the whole or part of an undivided share in land; and things attached to land or permanently fastened to anything attached to land: Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap 219) s 2. Land also includes corporeal hereditaments and rentcharges, and any legal or equitable estate or interest therein, including an interest in the proceeds of the sale of land held under trust for sale, but not any incorporeal hereditament: Limitation Ordinance (Cap 347) s 2.
