释义	法院地法／審判地法 Lat – the law of the court in which proceedings are being conducted; the law of the jurisdiction where the suit in question has been instituted: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 7, Conflict of Laws [100.060]. In a conflict of laws situation, all issues relating to the parties’ remedial or procedural rights (as distinguished from their substantive rights) are determined by application of the lex fori.
