A procedure in aid of execution of a monetary judgment by way of securing the attendance of the judgment debtor for an oral examination to disclose on oath the judgment debtor’s assets and liabilities. In a case where the court is satisfied that the judgment debtor, upon conducting an oral examination to disclose on oath the judgment debtor, upon conducting an oral examination, has dissipated his assets or has failed to make a full disclosure of his assets and liabilities, the court may order the arrest and imprisonment of the judgment debtor: The Rules of the High Court (Cap 4A) O 49B. 拘捕判定債務人。執行錢債判決的一項輔助程序，令判定債務人出席口頭盤問並在宣誓下披露其資產及負債。在口頭盤問中，若法庭認為判定債務人已經遣散其資產或沒有就其資產及負債作全面披露，則法庭可下令扣押及監禁判定債務人：《高等法院規則》（第4A章）第49B號命令。
