| 释义 | 無表決權股份 A class of shares in the share capital of a company (other than preference or preferred shares) the holders of which are not entitled to vote at general meetings of the company: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 57A(1). The purpose of issuing these shares is to raise additional capital from the public while control is retained by the holders of the voting shares.
