释义 | 最佳租金 The highest rent that can reasonably be obtained. If the grant, disposal or surrender of a lease takes effect in possession for a term not exceeding three years (whether or not the lessee is given power to extend the term) at the best rent which can be reasonably obtained without a premium, there is no requirement that it must be by deed for a legal estate in land to be created, extinguished or disposed of: Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap 219) s 4(2)(d).
