法律的確定性 It is a principle that the law should be certain and unambiguous. Poor clarity of enunciation or continual evolution of precedents may lead to uncertainty or ambiguity of law. This principle is often referred to in the context of common law and is therefore related to the doctrine of stare decisis (precedent).
