| 释义 | 連續信託 Derived from the concept of a trust, wherein property is vested in or held by one person on behalf of and for the benefit of another. A fund maintained by a trust company or by a court-appointed Official Trustee in which moneys belonging to various estates and trusts in their care are combined to facilitate investment. Such procedures are normally regulated by statute; for example, all moneys, property and securities received or held by a trust company in a fiduciary capacity shall always be kept distinct from those of the company and in separate accounts: Trustee Ordinance (Cap 29) s 89.
