释义	股份的強制收購 Where a transferee company has acquired not less than 90% in value of the shares or class of shares comprised in a scheme or contract could compel the dissentient minority to sell their shares to the transferee company. If the transferee company desires, it may give notice to the holder of any shares to which the offer relates which the transferee company has not acquired: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 168, sch 9.
