释义	具體化 In corporations law, the conversion of a floating charge to fixed charge. Crystallisation attaches future assets subsequently acquired if they are within the scope of the particular charge: Robbie NW & Co Ltd v Witney Warehouse Co Ltd [1963] 3 All ER 613, 1 WLR 1324; Ferrier v Bottomer (1972) 126 CLR 597. It occurs usually on the occurrence of certain recognised events such as a default by the chargor under the charge or the winding up of the chargor company: Government Stock and Other Securities Investment Co v Manila Railway Co [1897] AC 81; Illingworth v Houldsworth [1904] AC 355; Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp v Star Trans International Ltd [1988] 2 HKLR 549 (CA). A floating charge may also crystallise on the occurrence of a particular event nominated by the chargee and specified in the charge document: Re Brightlife Ltd [1987] 1 Ch 200, [1986] 3 All ER 673.
