释义	公共衛生令 An order in writing issued by an authorised person under public health or quarantine legislation: for example Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance (Cap 141). It relates to a person suffering from or reasonably believed to be suffering from a specified medical conditions and whose behaviour is considered to present a risk to public health. It may require a person to be isolated, examined, treated, supervised or controlled: for example, Prevention of Spread of Infectious Diseases Regulations (Cap 141B). Breach of a public health order is an offence: for example, Prevention of Spread of Infectious Diseases Regulations (Cap 141B) reg 29.
