| 释义 | 押記登記冊 The register kept by the Registrar of Companies containing particulars of charges created by companies to the benefit of which the holders of a series of debentures are entitled, any other charges created by companies and charges over property acquired by company: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 83(1). Every company must keep a register of charges and enter in it all charges specifically affecting the property of the company and all floating charges on the company’s undertaking or any of its property, giving in each case a short description of the property charged, the amount of the charge and, except in the case of securities to bearer, the names of the persons entitled to it: s 89(1). The register is open to inspection by any person on payment of a prescribed fee: s 83(3).
