释义 | 指導性原則 A rule permitting a course of action, and leaving room for option or discretion. A directive rule is generally expressed by the use of ‘may’ (rather than ‘shall’). It is contrasted with a mandatory rule. See also Directory; Mandatory rule. 容許在行動過程中可行使選擇權或酌情決定權的原則。指導性原則一般憑藉「可」(may) 一詞,而非「須」(shall)表達。與強制性原則有別。另見 Directory; Mandatory rule。 |
