| 释义 | 傷殘人士 A person who holds a certificate signed by or on behalf of the Director of Health or the Hospital Authority established under the Hospital Authority Ordinance (Cap 113) stating that the person is suffering from a permanent disease or physical disability that causes him considerable difficulty in walking: Motor Vehicles (First Registration Tax) Ordinance (Cap 330) s 2; Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap 374) s 2. Such persons are not liable to first registration tax of motor vehicles and may hold disabled person’s parking permit. See also Disability. 指持有由衛生署署長或《醫院管理局條例》（第113章）所指的醫院管理局所簽署或經他人代其簽署的証明書，說明該人患有永久性疾病或身體傷殘，以致步行有相當困難的人：《汽車（首次登記稅）條例》（第330章）第2條；《道路交通條例》（第374章）第2條。此等人士無須繳付汽車首次登記稅，也可申請持有殘疾人士泊車許可証。另見 Disability。 |
