| 释义 | 取消大律師資格 To remove a barrister’s name from the roll of persons who have been admitted as legal practitioners by the High Court of Hong Kong as a result of the barrister’s misconduct. The Court of First Instance may not admit as a barrister of the High Court of Hong Kong any person who is disbarred or removed from the roll of advocates in Scotland at the time of the application for admission: Legal Practitioners Ordinance (Cap 159) s 27(1)(b). Also known as ‘Striking off the roll’.
