释义	第二次破產或其後破產 1. A bankruptcy of the same person which occurs after discharge from an earlier bankruptcy. 2. A bankruptcy of the same person which occurs while the person is still a bankrupt. Any property acquired by the bankrupt since he was last adjudged bankrupt, which at the date when the subsequent petition was presented had not been distributed amongst the creditors in the last preceding bankruptcy, vests in the trustee in the subsequent bankruptcy: Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap 6) s 44.
