| 释义 | 複本遺囑 An exact copy or reproduction of an original will made by the testator, usually kept by the testator while his or her solicitor holds the original testamentary instrument. Where multiple copies of a will are made, in practice only one copy is executed to reduce the danger of having to prove all originals executed or one version being revoked by destruction.
