释义	特定貨品 Goods specifically identified and agreed upon at the time a contract of sale is made: Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap 26) s 2. In a contract for the sale of specific goods, the seller is bound to sell or supply the specifically identified goods and no others. If the subject of the contract is specific goods, the contract is void if, unknown to the seller, the goods have perished at the time the contract is made (s 8), or if without fault of either party, the goods perish before the risk passes to the buyer (s 9). See also Fitness for purpose; Future goods; Merchantable quality. 特定貨品，指訂立售賣合約時經認定及議定的貨品：《貨品售賣條例》（第26章）第2條。就特定貨品售賣合約而言，賣方必須只賣給買方或只向買方提供特別辨識的貨品而非其他貨品。凡售賣合約的標的為特定貨品，而在訂立合約時該等貨品已毀消，但賣方對此並不知情，則該合約屬無效：第8條。凡訂立售賣特定貨品的協議，而其後在買方及賣方均無錯失的情況下，該等貨品於風險轉移給買方前毀消，該協議即因此失效：第9條。另見 Fitness for purpose; Future goods; Merchantable quality。
