| 释义 | 代理安排 An arrangement for the selling of trade debts by businesses in order to arrange finance or to relieve them from administrative functions or bad debt losses. Usually the seller sells its receivables at a discount to a factor in return for immediate cash. The arrangement is profitable for both the seller and the factor. The seller profits by receiving the money early and not having to pay interest on working capital tied up in the credit arrangement. The factor profits from the difference between a discounted purchase price and the amount collected. See also Factor. 工商企業為安排融資，或為免除自己的行政職能或壞帳損失而作出售賣貿易債務的安排。賣方通常為換取即時現金，按折扣售予代理商其應收款項。此等安排對賣方及代理商均屬有利可圖的。賣方可早日收取款項，而無需在信貸安排上，就擱死的營運資金支付利息，賣方因此而得益。代理商則賺取貼現買價與收取到的款額之間的差價，亦因此而得益。另見 Factor。 |
