释义 | 外逃 1. To run away from the consequences of an action. 2. Movement by an object or creature above the surface of the earth. Civil aviation - See In flight. Criminal law - Evidence that the accused person had fled the jurisdiction, escaped from custody after arrest, or otherwise sought to avoid facing trial for a criminal charge. The subsequent conduct of the accused may furnish evidence of guilt, for example evidence of flight: R v Chan Kwok Keung [1988] 1 HKLR 279 (PC). Flight is circumstantial evidence.
