| 释义 | 使用及享有土地 An interest in the beneficial use of land including the actual use of the soil for residential, agricultural, commercial, or industrial purposes, and the pleasure, comfort, and enjoyment which a person normally derives from exclusive occupation of land. A person in possession of land is entitled to the use and enjoyment of land. The person can bring an action for nuisance if his enjoyment of that property is adversely affected: Higgins v Betts [1905] 2 Ch 210.
