释义 | 立法會特權 The sum of the peculiar rights enjoyed by the Legislative Council and its members. Although it is permissible to lead evidence of the fact that something was said in the Council or that documents were tabled, it is not possible to call into question or examine what was said or done or the motives of what was said or done in the Council: Legislative Council (Powers and Privileges) Ordinance (Cap 382) ss 21, 22.
