释义	出租 To grant a lease and includes sublet: Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap 7) s 2. It may also include a grant of licence: Warr v London County Council [1904] 1 KB 713. The word ‘let’ is one of the most usual words of present demise (Baxter & Abrahall v Browne (1775) 2 Wm Bl 973 (‘set and let’)). But other words are effectual if they import an immediate letting (Maldon’s Case (1584) Cro Eliz 33 (‘you shall have a lease’)).
